How much does it cost to design a website in BC?
It depends on how many pages you need and what the site has to do. A brochure site for a small business costs far less than an online store or a site with bookings and member logins. We give you one fixed price after a free call, before any work starts. You will not get an hourly bill that keeps growing.
Do you work with businesses outside the Kootenays?
Yes. We are based in the Kootenays, but we build websites for businesses across British Columbia and beyond. Most of the work happens over video calls, email, and a shared preview link, so distance does not change the process. You see the site as it takes shape and approve each step.
What should every business website include?
A clear statement of what you do and where you do it, near the top of the home page. A fast load on a phone. An easy way to call, email, or book. Real photos and real reviews. And the search basics: good page titles, a sitemap, business details in a form Google can read, and a Google Business Profile that points to the site. We set all of this up on every build.
Is AI replacing web designers? Can ChatGPT build my website?
AI tools can make a basic page, and we use them to work faster. But a page is not a business website. Someone still has to decide what your customers need to see, write copy that sounds like you, make the site fast, connect the forms and bookings, and get it found on Google. That is the part you pay a web designer for, and it is the part that brings in work.
Will my new website rank on Google?
Every site we build starts with the technical search basics done right: fast pages, clean headings, structured data, and a sitemap. That gives Google what it needs. Ranking for competitive searches also takes good content and time, so we tell you which searches you can realistically win and plan the pages around them.
