Delcaro Media is a web design and development studio in Kitchener, British Columbia, Canada. This policy covers the website at delcaromedia.com. OneSend has its own policy at delcaromedia.com/onesend/privacy.

The contact form: your name, email address, company and message.

The free website check: your name, email address, website address and the searches you want to show up for.

The Design Eye Exam: your quiz score. If you ask for the full results, also your email address and the website address you enter.

When you enter a website address in the Design Eye Exam, we send that address to Google PageSpeed Insights to test its speed. We do not send your email address to Google.

Form messages pass through our form service, Freeform, and arrive in our email at Google Workspace. Freeform encrypts each message and deletes it after 7 days.

Google Analytics counts visits, the pages you open, the site that sent you, and your general location and device type.

Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolls and mouse movement, so we can see where a page confuses people. It hides the text you type into forms.

Warmly looks up the company name behind your internet address, if there is one. It tells us which businesses visit, not which person.

These tools start only after you tap, scroll or press a key, or after some seconds on the page. They use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and the site still works.

The brand kit page counts logo downloads. It stores the file, the page you came from and your country. It stores no name, internet address or cookie.

We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

The services above, which store data for us: Vercel (web hosting), Freeform (forms), Google (email, Analytics and PageSpeed), Microsoft (Clarity) and Warmly. Some of them store data outside Canada, mostly in the United States.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Emails from the forms stay in our inbox while we work with you, and for tax and legal records after that.

Analytics data stays in Google Analytics, Clarity and Warmly for the period each service keeps it.

Under the BC Personal Information Protection Act, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email us and we reply within 30 days.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
