I am Jon Delcaro. I design the site, I build the site, and I am the person you email when something needs to change. There is nobody in between.

When you describe how your business runs, I hear it directly. Not a summary of it, written down by someone who will not be doing the work.
That matters most on the parts that are specific to you. The way you quote a job. The season that carries the year. The question every customer asks before they book. Those details are what make a site work, and they are exactly what gets lost in a handoff.
Your money goes into the build
An agency price carries account managers, sales staff, and an office. You pay for all of it whether it touches your project or not.
My overhead is a studio in Kitchener, BC. The budget goes into design and development.
Decisions happen the same day
Most delays in a web project are not technical. They are queues. A question waits for a meeting, and the meeting waits for a calendar.
You send me a question. I answer it. The work continues.
I am still here after launch
Launch is not the end of a website. Prices change, staff change, a new service starts, a page needs to be added before a busy season.
Clients I built for in 2022 still email me directly. That is the arrangement.
Where the limit is
I am one person. I do not take on work I cannot do properly. I will tell you plainly when a project needs a bigger team or a specialist. That honesty is part of what you get.
